‘There is no health without mental health’.

The Greatfulness programs are designed to equip young people from an early age with the skills and tools that they need to build their mental fitness and resilience.

The World Health Organisation states:

‘By 2020, depression will be the second leading cause of world disability (WHO, 2001) and by 2030; it is expected to be the largest contributor to disease burden (WHO, 2008).’

The purpose of the Greatfulness program is to give young people the knowledge and understanding they need so that they can proactively manage their own mental health.

But it doesn’t stop there. The Greatfulness program also encourages young people to discover their true selves through engaging activities and ‘hacks’ to build their self-confidence.

‘It helped me to realise what I love and what makes me happy. It made me feel good about myself and helped me to realise how special I am’

Self-leadership is at the core of Greatfulness. We believe that true greatness comes from within and it is not until we know and understand ourselves on the inside, that we can expect to lead anyone else, including ourselves! Greatfulness is a journey of self-discovery.

We strive to help young people become the best version of themselves possible and we are passionate about enabling them to connect with their true potential.
