Mindfulness for Mental Fitness is a supportive, pro-active 6-week program that helps you reconnect with your inner calm, build resilience, and cultivate practical tools for lasting mental wellbeing.

Sessions kick-off at 7pm.

Weekly 60 minute sessions

YOUR WEEK BY WEEK JOURNEY-

Week 1: Meeting Your Inner Garden
Reconnect with your natural wellbeing and cultivate self-compassion and awareness.

Week 2: Understanding Stress and Emotion
Learn to notice unhelpful patterns, regulate your nervous system, and respond with steadiness.

Week 3: Social Fitness and Connection
Build supportive relationships, set boundaries, and balance empathy with self-care.

Week 4: Family Systems and Inherited Patterns
Reflect on early experiences, soften self-judgment, and create new patterns for growth.

Week 5: Seasons of Life and Change
Develop resilience and presence, flowing with life’s natural cycles of growth, stillness, and renewal.

Week 6: Planting New Intentions
Set values-based intentions and practical habits to nurture lasting change.

Week 7: Optional One-on-One Coaching- (scheduled to a time that suits you)
Integrate your learnings and create a personal plan for ongoing mindfulness and self-care.
